I like the way you add lines to demarcate the roses in the second page, it really works well. my suggestions will be that, in the second page, make the headlines, those one in green slightly bigger than the roses names to create a kind of hierarchy —they all seem to in same sizes, even the green color does not really create much difference. And in your final presentation, ensure that the department name is not too close to the top of the page like wise the folio at the bottom of the page. Overall nice work.
